A couple of years ago we stopped in to ask about options for a PVC fence to go around our pool. We were also installing a gas stove in our playroom and were looking for install parts, pipes, fans, etc. Overall, we didn't get much help or advice and the costs were really high. We purchased some of the materials, but not all.

Discussed options for tubs and wall surrounds and fixtures/faucets. Very knowledgeable. Directed us to quality tub and described the difference in valves. Also suggested wall surrounds but pretty pricey. Directed us toward Grohe faucets. Very good quality. Very pleased with overall service and support.
