I bought a 15 foot Bestway pool from Pool Supplies Canada. I put up the brand new pool, only to discover a leak. Managed to patch the hole. Filled more water. Leaking again. It's a brand new pool! I reached out to their customer service with photos of the leaks. They said I need to follow up with Bestway in the US and sente a link that doesn't work. Don't buy from them! They'll send you a faulty product and take no responsibility. But they'll take your money.

We bought a hot tub from the Mississauga location. Excellent experience there. The staff at the store is great. However, dealing with their head office for service is challenging. We have had to call dozens of times to schedule a service call. But the technician, when he arrived, was great. Professional and knowledgeable. I just wish it was easier dealing with head office.
