Terrey the sales person was knowledgeable and Friendly and pointed out options available along with prices. Nathan and Kevin the servic techs were on time, did a good job while working on a very steep pitched roof and tidied up the site afterwards.

The project manager was knowledgeable and helpful. He came to the site ahead of delivery to check measurements. We were allowed to stain the timber in their shop. We were impressed with the care taken on craning the timber over the house and the way it come together was amazing. Thank you so much- we absolutely love it. Linda and Phil Norman
