James assessed the problem (dryer vent had never been cleaned by previous owners). He took copious photos which he shared with me at the time and later for my records. He cleaned the vent, brought it up to code and hooked up another vent while he was up there. Fabulous job. Excellent communication.

Yes, it is important to maintain and make sure the dryer ducting is cleaned on a regular basis that's why prior to any cleaning or work completed our diagnostic inspection of the vent line provides us with a greater idea of what issues there may be and how best to remedy them.
