While I was satisfied with price and service at first, the issue is in product quality. Our 4' x 7' island piece had to be replaced within the first couple of months for a defective finish. I was happy that they supported their product. Unfortunately, the support stopped there. The new island chips very easily at the edges (and we're careful) so now I have an number of chips that they want $150 to fix (each). I contacted them while it was under warranty, but because they did not get back to me until AFTER the warranty was over, they won't stick by their warranty. Perhaps we should have paid more and gotten the work done by a supplier of higher quality stone who will stand behind their product.
