These guys are terrible. We were with them for over 2 years. They told us we would own the equipment over the phone, then told us something different once we had signed the fine print (pages of it!) Twice over the course of two years, we accidentally set off our alarm, they did not call to check up on us to see if everything was alright in either situation. Finally after about 15 minutes later, WE called them to explain it was a false alarm. Their response "Ya, that's what we figured, so we didn't bother calling you." Both times we could have been held up at knifepoint. Horrible service.

We have checked with all United Alarm staff members as well as the monitoring station, and all clients are supposed to get called every time the alarm is triggered, no matter what. If you didn’t receive a call, that is a major concern to us and we would like to look into the situation.
