Our fridge stopped refrigerating — not an ideal scenario in the middle of summer. Certified Appliance Repair was helpful right from our call when they opened. They were polite and efficient and scheduled us for a repair later the same day — with an appointment time, not a window of time. The repairman called to confirm exactly as the service indicated he would, and he arrived right on time. The repairman was polite, neat, patient, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for at each step. In the end, it was a relatively minor repair (a broken thermostat), but the repairman had to do a lot of work to get to that. In addition to having a successful repair, I especially appreciated that he was gentle taking apart my fridge and putting it back together, and that he was respectful of our home. I hope I don’t need appliance repair again, but if I do, I will call Certified Appliance Repair.
