I had my ducts cleaned by this company last year. They were great so when my dryer vents needed cleaning this year I called them again. They're great! Polite, friendly, helpful and very professional.

These people take advantage of home owners who need their appliance fixed. They quote a ridiculously high price hoping that people will pay it because they're already out the diagnostic service fee of $89. I was able to get the part and service at half the price that they quoted. I'll never use this company again. Your response is simply not true. You wanted to reimburse me the diagnostic fee if I removed this review. The other repair person just left and even after paying your diagnostic fee, I saved a lot of money. My appliance is up and running. I stand by my claim. You're gougers

We almost never get complaints about high pricing and even if we do, we always accommodate based on the market price as well as we make sure that pricing is fair. We have not recieved such complaints from any of our customers recently. I was really impressed with this company. They provide quick service. I dealt with Leon. The day he was supposed to come we were having unusually high winds. He called to explain that it was unsafe to work on the roof which is totally understandable. He rescheduled me to the very next day, came on time, did a thorough examination and got my approval before starting any work. He was efficient and thorough. Above all, he was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

We've all been bombarded with telemarketing calls offering to clean our ducts. I chose to ignore them all and asked friends for recommendations instead. Air Force Duct Cleaning was completely transparent about their services and cost with no schemes or gimmicks to up the price. They came on time, carefully did their thing without damaging anything and when my AC wouldn't come back on, they hired someone to come troubleshoot the problem at no additional cost to me. That's professional!!!
