They kept me updated every step of the way which took the worry out of my home reno as I knew what to expect and when. The installers even called to let me know they were stuck in traffic and running a little late but still arrived well within the time window they had provided. The installers did an excellent job and kept everything clean along the way. The project completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
