Worked with Santiago to get a quote to repair our basement rental after it was demolished following a flood. Santiago was sympathetic towards our situation and understood to act as soon possible in order for our tenant to move back into the basement apartment. Although we chose another contractor who was available sooner, Santiago set himself apart by being professional and detailed with his quote, which made my life easier while dealing with our insurance company. I would strongly consider hiring Santiago and his company in the future!
