Don is a beauty. Very very knowledgeable and efficient. Re networked my house with access points on all floors, a guest network, new router and a user friendly app that allows you to control everything (just to name a few things). Excellent customer service and follow through. Highly recommend for business or personal technology needs! Returned to support configuration of network printer and ensure that everything was functioning accordingly - which it was!
