Gary and his crew were retained to do a complete renovation of our flower shop including a rebuild of our flower cooler that had mold issues. Because we are located in a mall all renovations had to be done after mall hours and working closely with mall management. I was especially impressed with both the time Gary spent on the details prior to submitting a quote, and the attention he gave to the details once work began. He kept me informed on extras as they came up. That was very much appreciated so no surprises when the final bill came in. Any concerns I had, or the mall, or problems that cropped up, were dealt with immediately and professionally. Completion was right on time as outlined in the Scope of Work. And since completeion we have had nothing but compliments from the mall managers, mall employees and our customers. And of course I and my staff are enjoying our beautiful new store.
