This is my third time hiring Comfortec to do work on my house - I obviously really like working with them! Igor came prepared with every type of sample we needed to see in order to make decisions about our front door - from the threshold to the aluminum framing swatches. They changed my front door and back door. They worked quickly and efficiently. Took them about 4.5-5 hours between the 2 doors, and even left behind some touch up paint for the front door in case it gets chipped over the years. I love that they manufacture everything themselves and have a line of sight into when it's ready - doesn't have to come from overseas.

Nick and his crew did amazing work on my basement! They went above and beyond anything I expected! Everything from making sure the transitions between rooms looked finished and was done properly, painting a railing in a stairway where they flattened the popcorn walls, insulated walls with gaps in them, and properly affixed piping/hosing so it wasn't loose. He really thought ahead with everything to make sure it looked finished before moving on. Our basement is so much nicer to be in now and I'll be hiring Nick for all our future renovations. Very communicative, asks for confirmation before moving forward with someone that would cost extra, and only works on your job until it's completed. He estimated about 2ish weeks and even with some unforeseen trouble that involved investigating plumbing (taking out all fixtures and opening up walls and redoing walls and painting) still only took 3.5 weeks. I'm extremely happy with his work and how he conducts his business.

I had Comfortec work on my basement door two years ago and they did an amazing job, so when it came time to have my windows done, I knew just who to call! Igor arranged a consult a few days after I emailed him and the installation date was set quickly. On the day of, I was nervous that the job would be delayed because of wind and rain, but Igor's installers came and got right to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess, got my bay window, family room window and a glass block window changed to a regular window all in one day. I was recommending this company to my coworker as they were installing my windows because I was so impressed with them last time. The pricing was also very reasonable. I'll be calling them again when I need more doors changed.

Our basement exit door split and was no longer able to be opened or used. I emailed Comfortec and received a fast response to come and do an in-person consult. Igor gave a presentation of everything that was possible and necessary to complete the job, and explained the complexity of manufacturing a custom sized door, as well as installing it. The previous door was installed crookedly, with hinges buried in the wall, all of the seals coming off and was a weird size. Igor's team came and installed a new door, with their water sealing technology and did a great job making sure it was installed straight and with no damage to anything and left it cleaner than when they arrive. They were quick and prompt - came when they said they would, and finished the job in about 2.5 hours, even with the need to saw concrete! Would definitely hire again and would recommend.
