Ordering the appliances was fine and the rep was very helpful. We ordered them between a year and 8 months beforecthey required. Covid hit 6 months later. I asked well in advance if covid was causing supply issues and was told no everything was fine. I paid in full (deposit was given upon ordering) 6 weeks before needing them (was told 4 weeks was sufficient to allocate stock). This is when problems began. It was a huge battle to even get some appliances. Four months later I still don’t have them all. Three times delivery has been scheduled only to have nobody show up. When I call they say it was never scheduled. The rep doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails. The manager of the store (Mississauga) is never available to come to the phone. have wasted hours and hours on the phone. Avoid Goemans like the plague!
