Carlos and his team were awesome. They were timely, professional, friendly and their work was excellent. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Garage door messed up half way through closing. Called them for an emergency repair. They juggled their scheduling and a tech was at my place in 2 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable and offered several options. By end of day all working better than ever. Great work!!

We have used Rawlinson/Allied for 10+ years and five family moves. You pay more but their excellent service was always well worth it. Knew we were in trouble when they showed up two hours late in a rental truck. Lead guy tried his best but the other three wanted to be anywhere but here. Left voicemail messages, texts and e-mails with head office staff but nobody home. Apparently they are VERY BUSY people. Took almost 6 hours to pack up a 900 sq ft condo!! Yes long hallway to elevator but you acknowledged that as moved us in just 2 years ago. Of course final bill almost double the estimate. Look, we all have bad days, so just admit you messed up and let's settle on a reasonable amount. Guess not... Next time will just go with a no-name company. Same aggro but less expensive. Must give them credit though...nothing broken or damaged.

Bought sofa, love seat, two large ottomans, and two side chairs. Took delivery may 2017. Bought $250.00 extended 5 year warranty. Vinyl sofa fabrics cracked in two obscure places. They said they could order parts for me?????? Now I have to find someone to put it together hahahah. Chairs lost all support in seats. Warranty company will not cover at all (funny Ashley doesn’t use this company anymore. ) Ashley will not help in any way either totally disgusted with post sales service. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere how about a nice Canadian company maybe furniture won’t fall apart after 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!
