They also gave me the opportunity to speak directly to the CertainTeed Sales reps to check out the warranty information. In addition to my old shingles failing I had suffered water damage due to ice build up on the roof in 2010. Avenue Road Roofing recommended solutions that would eliminate that potential for water damage, gave me a fair price for the work to be done, and their staff completed the work in a timely and expert fashion. While some would say there are no guarantees in the roofing business, I am satisfied that I have done my best to find a professional company that will stand behind its work, a warranty that is in reasonably plain English, and workmanship that I trust will stand the test of our our Canadian weather.
