We called Vigor regarding a hot water tank that we purchased last year. The hot water was not reaching optimal temperature and they came within 30-45 min. The technician diagnosed a switch issue and informed us that he’d be back in the morning. He called early the next morning and fixed it within 20 min. I was amazed to find Vigor did not charge for the part or service since it was still under warranty.
