They were very professional and responsible. In the process, they showed me the inspection video through a phone. After work, they checked out the site to make sure it clean, nothing messy. Also, they helped me seal some parts of my ducts, which is not within their scope of services. The most important thing is that they have good prices without sacrificing good services that, I thought, were even better that others ( I used to experience so called big company’s service) .I chose a package with dryer vent cleaning, but I did not use it, so they deducted the amount and taught me how to do it by myself later. They were terrific. In a word, I strongly recommend this company.

I booked the service at midnight, what a convenient service hour. The service man arrived at the exact time we made, and he is a gentleman. He had handy tools to perform the task, especially in the end, when he took out his Dyson vacuum to clean up the site, I realized 5 star must mean something. The mount was set secure enough to let the service man hang on that, fantastic. I definitely recommend this company.
