I purchased a gazebo from Costco and needed help with installation. I found Gazeebro online a spoke with Robert. Robert was so great to talk to and professional. He was able to get me an installation almost immediately and the team that came to install it were absolutely amazing. Showed up on time ans was professional, educational and quick. They took good care of the product and our property and made sure everything was installed correctly and secure. When they finished they asked us to inspect it before asking for payment which was amazing. They also broke down the box and cleaned up everything. Just finished getting my fence installed with CANDO Fence & Deck. After meeting multiple fence companies, I decided to go with CANDO because of Samer. In these difficult times with everything going on, Samer was wonderful to deal with. All the other companies came to see the property and provided huge inflated estimates and tried to give me the whole sales pitch and pressure by trying to create a sense of urgency, I really didn’t appreciate that approach, especially when everyone including myself is conscious about our financial situation. Samer, however, was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me around all the different options, so that I could decide on the best option for me without any pressure or timelines. He also went above and beyond by helping me talk to my neighbor as I needed to share the cost. Samer provided clear detailed estimates and pictures of the designs we agreed to so that we could visualize it. Once we signed the contract, Samer provide clear timelines and expectations regarding the start and completion of work. Samer and his team showed up and finished the fence within the timelines provide and did an amazing job! The installers were honestly amazing! I was looking to build a deck and wanted someone who specialized in building decks. After meeting multiple contractors, I ended up choosing Golden Valley Decks. The reason I decided to go with Golden Valley Decks was because of Ryan. Every contractor I met with, gave me the whole sales pitch and played up how much work was needed and inflated the price ridiculously, not to mention the huge disparity in prices from one contractor to the next. From our initial call to our onsite meeting. Ryan took the time to captured all my ideas, thoughts and features I was looking for first. He then took the time to educated me around all the different options available, provided multiple suggestions, and took all the measurements needed to accurately provide a 3D rendering and a accurate quote. I honestly expected Ryan to take about a couple of days but no, he had a 3D rendering and quote literally the next day. What was most impressive was how he was able to capture everything I was looking for and help me visualize my ideas with the rendering. Prices were absolutely fair and the workmanship was absolutely phenomenal! Ryan set proper expectations, clearly communicated timelines, and the open communication was amazing. Ryan and his team completed the job as mentioned and really blew me away to see how great of a job him and his team did. I was looking for an experienced arborist for some tree removal and pruning done . After meeting a number of Arborists and receiving multiple quotes, I ended up choosing Twelve Oaks Tree Service. I decided to go with Twelve Oaks because of Wes. Everyone else was all about the price and playing up how much work is needed etc. The typical sales pitch with inflated prices. Wes was never like that at all. From our initial call to our onsite visit, he was absolutely so professional, polite, and honest. Wes was the only one who took the time to educate me around the work needed. Wes and his team completed the work in a timely fashion, and made sure the area was all cleaned up before they left. Just finished replacing my drains today due to an incorrect slope which caused water to backup every time we flushed the toilet. Raymond and his team were absolutely amazing! They were all so polite, professional, and so respectful of our home. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything after they were done. I required a bit more digging to fully correct the slope and Raymond and his team went above and beyond to take care of us to ensure the work was done properly. Most companies would try and take you for a lot more money and give you this whole story and try and play on your emotions to get more money out of you, but Raymond and his team are not like that at all. Raymond clearly articulated exactly what him and his team would be doing and if for any reason that the following additional work is identified, there would be additional costs. Raymond never begin to push us on performing the work or scare us into it. He literally just educated us and provided us with a solution and let us decide if we wanted to proceed. If anyone has any concerns about their plumbing and are looking for a good plumbing company that is trustworthy, professional, great quality with great pricing, I would definitely recommend Raymond and his team at Crystal Drain and Plumbing. I recently renovated my new home and needed to replace all my doors including a bug screen for the patio door.
