After another company failed to properly fix our dryer, Rick and his son came out promptly, fixed the dryer in half and hour and charged half the price of the first company (for fixing the same problem). Rick was very accommodating with our schedule and did a great job of explaining the work. Excellent customer service and we are very happy we found a service company that we can trust. Rick will be our first call the next time we have an appliance issue. Highly recommended.

These guys were sub-contracted by the company we called. Came out on and replaced our dryer's thermostat for $360(!). Less than three months later the thermostat broke again and when we called them they scheduled our appointment almost a week after we called, which perfectly coincided with being 91 days after the service, meaning our 90-day parts warranty was void. The woman we spoke with on the phone seemed uninterested in helping us and didn't really seem to care about our issue. A terrible and expensive company that should be avoided at all costs. We hired another company to come and fix our thermostat which they did for half the price.

Elie did a fantastic job of installing new plumbing for a shower, including a drain, and putting in new plumbing for the sink. He was competitively priced, and was extremely professional and friendly. He was more than happy to work within my timelines, including coming over on a weekend to finish the job. He took great pride in making sure the work was done right and was an excellent communicator who was always on time. I would certainly go with Elie again for any plumbing work.

Rico Electric did a great job at converting our fuse panel over to a breaker panel, removing our shared-circuit box (both the dryer and AC were running through it), and adding an outlet to the master bedroom. Everything from the quote down to the work was very professionally done. The guys cleaned up after themselves and when I got home from work only their tidy, finished work remained. Rico Electric made sure everything went smoothly, including contacting the City of Mississauga to ensure the power was turned off and turned back on at the right time. These guys were total pros, and while they may not be the cheapest, I knew I was getting quality work with strong customer service and I would certainly hire them again.
