We called Brad because I noticed a small leak coming from the garage roof. He replaced the garage and house shingles almost 5yrs ago (only 2 weeks left on the 5yr workmanship warranty) and even though we recently bought the house (so we did not hire him) he came over in about 20mins, found the leak, sealed everything up, even went up on the house roof and added extra sealant around the chimney and any other possible problem areas, all at no cost. Brad easily went above and beyond. I will use Brad for any future roofing needs and would highly recommend him for anyone else looking for roofing services.
