Replace old equipment, install brand new equipment. Removal was done quickly and efficiently. New equipment was fitted, professionally installed. Installation technicians were open to discussion and explained all the work to be done. Gave a thorough explanation of thermostat and provided the manual. Work area was left clean and tidy. Work was completed in the time frame provided at the onset of the job. Technicians were personable and trustworthy.
