My 24 year old furnace stopped working when I was home alone for the weekend with my two young boys and the first few companies I called didn’t even call me back! Nelson came within a couple of hours, was very informative and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he didn’t have the necessary parts with him but he left me with space heaters so my boys could still sleep comfortably at night. He called me the very next morning and recommended that I replace my furnace due to its old age and that the part would take over a week to arrive from out of the country. He offered me a very attractive finance program that included a 10 year warranty on all the parts and labour. I'm very glad I went with Revitaire. Their service and expertise was top notch!
