We hired Jakub and Inside Guys to underpin and lower our basement. Our entire house was being renovated. Our house was built in 1880's with 18 inch stone/rubble construction walls. The basement was small, dark and wet. This was no easy task. They were on time an on budget. No hidden costs or last minute increases, no surprises. They were on site daily until the job was done. Their clean up was great. They lowered the basement, enlarged window casings and waterproofed. I wish the other trades were as professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to a friend.
