I can't say enough good things about Nazar and his crew. We hired Canadian Rooter for the first step in finishing our basement. This was a big complicated job for a 100 year old house where the basement hadn't been touched in 100 years. Just as the job started we had a family emergency that kept us extremely stressed, busy, and away from home for days at a time. Nazar said "leave it to me" and took care of everything. His crew, including Andrew, are extremely knowledgeable, hard working (I mean really hard working!), and completely trustworthy good guys. They did an outstanding job, handling all of the inevitable complications (city drain that needed clearing, permit issues, last minute change in design from the engineer) - keeping me posted but not asking for anything from me. There are probably other companies that can do this work, but I doubt you'll find one run by someone with the honesty, standards, and integrity that Nazar has.

George and his team did high-quality work at a reasonable price replacing the roof of our 100 year old house. They were highly recommended by neighbours and had replaced several roofs on our street. Just from looking at their work on the other houses from street level it looked like they paid close attention to detail. Dealing with George and his crew was also very pleasant. They were all professional and friendly. George was happy to discuss and explain his plan, without any pressure, and the answers he gave made good sense, which made me confident we had found the right company for the job.
