We had purchased a garage door in the summer of 2023 from Ontario Garage Doors. When it arrived although the quality was good it was not what we expected in appearance. We informed Dave of the issue who put us in touch with Ed Ed immediately started working with us to try to find a satisfactory alternative. He guided us through the process and another door selection was made. In addition Ed allowed us to to keep the door until our new selection arrived. When it arrived it was exactly what we had hoped for. During this whole process Ed was very receptive and accommodating and easy to work with.
