Salesperson was personable, knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. I was given a quote and a possible installation date and allowed to consider before committing. Once we decided to go ahead, I had an install date and this did not change. All windows were installed in a timely manner and clean up to previous state was done. I was pleased with the process with Gienow Windows. On the week of our install, there was a lot of rain and I was not sure if the install would go ahead until the day that the installers showed up at my door. I was also not informed that the window trim would not be stained prior to install and I would have liked to stain and varnish prior to the trim being applied. We chose to stain and complete the trim ourselves. Communication could have been better.
