Vinyl Window Pro has replaced one of the windows in my bedroom in the late 2011. The sales rep and installation professionals were very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery and installation happened within the promised time frame. Window itself is a very good product, never froze over in the winter and haven't had any issues with it. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great product, fast installation and a very competitive price.
