He explained the process very clearly including approximate costs even though the problem I had was a bit uncommon and required some time to investigate. He was able to find the problem quickly and resolved, He was very honest with his advice and saved me a lot of money by not having to replace the fixture. Will definitely contact him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Ravi was very professional and honest. He arrived on time. He understood the situation and communicated very clearly about the problem and the solution. I had contacted other plumbers for the same issue and they were trying to upsell and make the problem sound bigger than it was. Ravi did the job diligently and exactly what was needed. He took extra care to clean up. He also explained what precautions and maintenance to do in future.
