We recently changed over our pool from a chlorine pool to a salt water pool. We needed to hardwire the chlorinator into our electrical panel. We called Waterdown Electric and they were able to come right over and install and wire the system into our panel. The electrician came over and installed on his lunch break ( as we were in the process of converting the system over and really needed the chlorinator up and running..) as the installation took about an hour or so. They also took a look at our current set-up and ensured that everything was up to current code and made sure that there were no safety concerns or hazards. Great service for a great price! The electrician was very helpful and answered all of my questions. We would definitely recommend them to other pool owners!

We have an inground pool and it was put in probably in the late 1980's. We were getting some sediment in the pool and we thought that maybe our pool line (under the pool deck) had a crack. The Pool n Spa Dr. came out and did the service call during the day and performed a pressure test to reassure us that there were no cracks in the pool line. The service was great and they even followed up to ensure that we recieved all the paper work and offered other ideas as to where the sediment may be coming from. Since we had such great service from them for this issue, when we had problems with our pool pump (right around the time when we were opening the pool), they quickly came out and assessed the problem. I did call around for pricing and all other service providers wanted me to disconnect the pump and take it in. The Pool n Spa Dr. was the only one that offered to come out and take a look. Our current pump had basically died so they installed a new pump and installed new piping as well. The service was quick and efficient. They did price match another quote that I recieved as well so they do have competitive pricing. No issues at all and we would definitely recommend them to other pool owners.
