You get what you pay for.....unprofessional work !!
Left pencil size hole around the pipes to the environment: cold, insects, and mice all welcome. Did not inform us we now need a to hire a carpenter to fix Heat Pros mess. When contacted, they refused to complete the job and seal the gaps and holes they left. My recommendation: stay away because now you know why they say they are cheap.
