Our 11 year old Coleman furnace was acting up, intermittently shutting down over a period of three / four days. Shutting it off for 5-10 minutes seemed to get it going again, but kept recurring. Called Climax after reading reviews and spoke with Mike. He asked me about the trouble, and said tech would be out in the next couple of hours. Sam called about an hour later to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time (despite a snowstorm going on.) He was very polite and went to work right away. Quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what caused it. Also took the time to check out all the wiring and gas pressure. As well mentioning some maintenance tips for going forward, and things to watch out for with my specific furnace. Extremely satisfied, and will absolutely call for any future hvac needs. Thanks!!!!

Beautiful shower door! Superb customer service!!!! I had done extensive research and shopping around before choosing Doors and More for our shower door. Couldn't be happier. We gutted our 1980's bathroom and started from scratch. Decided to put in a 60" shower base in place of the old tub, and a shower panel. Everything looks beautiful, but the shower door definitely stands out the most!!! My wife was involved in every aspect - choosing tiles, fixtures etc. But she left the shower door with me. Once installed and seeing for the first time, she asked me if I knew we were getting such a gorgeous door. Even I was a little surprised with the finished product as I had been in the showroom 8 months prior when we were starting to plan. I almost gave 4 stars here, as I noticed a problem with the finish on the hardware that the installers probably should have caught. But when I called customer service to let them know, they sent their folks back two days later to replace the part. Have spoken with the owner (Frank) numerous times beginning with the initial visit to the showroom, and he takes his business and service seriously. They care, and it shows. Thanks again! Jeff & Lori
