Enviro Niagara Group was on the job quickly when we discovered that our A/C was not working. They diagnosed the problem quickly and advised us that we were likely better off just replacing the unit which had no coolant remaining in the system. They gave us several options for replacement and counselled us about options to do a complete replacement of the both A/C and the furnace. After due consideration, we made our selection and they were out to do the overhaul promptly (considering the heat wave that was being experienced locally) and got the work done for us. We are quite impressed with the new equipment both inside and out and glad to be cool again. We also ended up with a much better air filter set up. On top of all of that there were several options offered to take care of the cost of installation which can always be a challenge when such repairs are otherwise unexpected. The staff were all very helpful. The quotes comprehensive and easy to understand. These folks appear to very much value their customers! We highly recommend their services
