Etobicoke Second floor addition and main floor renovation I had my first dealings with 'Regal Design+Build' in the fall of 2017 when I needed to build a second floor on top of my bungalow in Etobicoke. In searching for a good contractor I called dozens of contractors from websites and phonebook ads, and eventually had a total of 2 show up to see may place. I never heard back from either of them to give me an estimate. One day I was walking home and saw Regal Design Build sign on one of the houses that they were building from scratch in my neighbourhood. I called their line and one of the owners (Arash) actually answered the phone and told me that he was almost done at the other work site, and that he could see me in less that 45 minutes. I was shocked to see him at my house in exactly 45 minutes and even more shocked when he gave me a quote right on the spot. Considering my past experience with contractors not showing up to the house and even the 2 that showed up, never followed up with an estimate, I was quite impressed. Arash gave me a price and a timeframe of how long it would take and explained to me exactly the process of getting a permit and how it can be expedited. I ended up going with 'RDB' simply because of that great first impression. Their crew were extremely professional, clean, and friendly. They gave updates on what was completed each day and what would be done the next day. I tell anyone looking for good and reliable contractors, that these guys will make you very happy.
