Tech came over April 14th to look at warm standing freezer - he thought it would be worth spending $316.40 and it should fix it. He never left a bill or quote if we needed a compressor repair in future. I've contacted him several times and he tells me head office should have contacted me for a "free" follow up appt. I emailed May 31, they apologized and said I would be contacted immediately....no contact until I called today...they made a generous offer of $1000 less $200 for compressor.....about the cost of a new freezer....I would give 0 stars if possible...I feel like I was duped
