We have used them on off for the last couple years. The biggest project being a sewer replacement. There were a few problems that came up during the project but these were dealt with in a professional manner. While not always the best at returning phone calls, the workmanship and cleanliness has always exceeded expectations. The best we've found in Barrie.
They came recommended by a friend and we had coupon from a mailer. I booked an appt. and my wife made special arrangements to be off that day. Called the day before to rebook due to a chance of snow the next day. We live in Canada - it snows. Not remotely apologetic. A complete waste of my time and energy.

Customers do not want us to drag our large hoses thru the snow and into homes,while some companies just want your money and do not care about your home,we do. And ask to reschedule the cleaning for a date where your home will be kept clean,this is our business.
Frankly,i wish there was a forum where i could complain about customers that booked appointments with us then cancelled the day of a snow storm or frankly,rain. It happens to us all the time,and we dont write reviews about it. Since you are not an actual customer,i'm surprised how easy Homestars allowed your review though "flagging" a review from a happy customer in Aurora,likely due to my post about advertising here. I hope people reading these reviews understand that this forum is run by a business.
