I have been using Blue Grass Nursery for 10 years now. I have tried other companies but now I prefer to deal only with them. My latest project was around $3000. I never had any problems with their trees or any other products. We always get excellent service there, the delivery and planting the trees always on time and very proficient. They also have a nice variety of products and it is worth the drive out of the city.

Great service in that store. They always take time to help you with your projects. I find their staff to be very knowledgeable and super friendly. The store isn't too big so it is easy to shop there.

If you want their help choosing the product be aware! We were hoping that we could get a good advice on which light fixture to choose for a certain areas in the house. We listened and got light fixtures which are totally worthless. Not only that it is very difficult to change the bulb because it is very high and the fixture is very complicated to remove, but the bulbs burn fast and they each cost over $7. When we returned some of the fixtures we had to pay restocking fee and the service was not friendly at all.

We always shop there for anything related to the house. We purchased wood for deck and fence, paint, tiles, rocks, baseboards etc. We always enjoyed their service and we never had any problems with dealing with the company. If we had to return something there was never a problem. Always great advice and help from their staff, friendly service.

Thanks Martin for your review. It is good to see that even when things don't go perfectly initially, Legacy was able to correct things to your satisfaction.

We don't know how this builder wins those awards. We had so much problems with our new house. The sales manager was rude and charged us way more money then the house was worth it. We realized that every item we got through them was overpriced. They misleads us with the steps and procedures and tricked us during the change orders. After completion we spent 2 years having trades coming over and fixing the house. At one point we had to move away for a week to the hotel as there was too much duct and noise in the house. We had problems with: plumbing and had to replace pipes and then walls and ceiling was damaged, kitchen cabinets, the walls are crooked, the windows are crooked, the driveway was replaced, the floors were redone, the tiles were changed, the bathtub air-jets were faulty, paint, heating, cracks in the walls and ceiling, front door had to be replaced, too many things went wrong and at the end we didn't get everything completed as we run out of the warranty time !!!

The company was hired to install tiles in our new house. The tiles were not set straight, the grout colour was wrong and they also damaged the in floor heating. The installers who came to our house to redo the tiles were nice, although some of them still didn't do the job properly. The management were awful and rude!. We will never deal with that company and we also learned that our friend had the same experience with them.

Tiles- approximate cost of service $11,000.00 for builder - installation January 2008. There was no damage done to the electric heat- when the builder scheduled us to install the tile, the final for the electric floor had not been done by the electrical company, so the builder lifted the tiles as they were still wet. The Builder had us come back and reinstall the tile after the electrical company had completed their scope of work. Correct grout color was installed, however because of trade damage done by others the grout was contaminated (effecting the coloring) and needed to be redone with a grout colorant as directed and paid for by the builder. Crooked floor tile was as a result of another trade walking on wet tiles before they were allowed to set. There were two tiles on the master bath deck and vanity that were not to the builders nor Nu-Way's standards and these were corrected in a timely manner as dictated by the homeowner. With respect to management being rude, I would disclaim this comment based on interaction with homeowner. This situation would have been rectified in a more timely manner if the homeowner had not restricted access to the home to complete the work. Service work was completed December 2008.
