The gentlemen performing the move were incredible. Hard working, quick and efficient. The only unpleasant process throughout the move was the communication from dispatch. The loading of the truck was scheduled for 830. We missed an email at 930 informing us the truck was running behind. We finally called, to be informed that the truck may not arrive until between 1130 and noon. Part of the objective of hiring movers was to ensure our timing of being out of our house to allow the new owners in at a reasonable time. With the crew not arriving until just before noon this was not possible. We were moving a four bedroom home. Having arrived behind schedule, part of the service of dismantling and reassembling beds covering floors etc. was not attended to. The following day the same crew arrived at our new house. Again they were incredible, quick and efficient, even on one of the hottest days so far this year.
