Overall my experience with Egress Window Experts is good. their price is reasonable and they know what they are doing. We are renovating our basement and want to add an egress window. We had our drawing and permit. And we want to find some experienced contractors to do the egress window cutout/installation and pass the city inspection. I found Egress Window Experts on homestar. and after contacting David, he came to give a reasonable quote and detailed the steps he'll do the job. After we sign the contract, they showed on time and did the cutout and window installation as he described before and passed city inspection. although there's some miscommunication in the middle, it's not a major problem
