Form start to finish, Mark and his team were ultimate professionals. They were punctual, efficient and thorough. Mark was honest with his time estimates and stuck to it. The technicians who worked on my house were great - I call them "old school". They started early and did not stop till the job was done as they focused on it as though mine was the only house they ever had to work on. Their attention to detail in removing the old carpet, padding, glue, nails, staples etc. was unparalleled. And to top it off, these guys cleaned up at the end of the job. They were great! I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to friends. Mark and the Victorious Carpet Team are #1 in my book! Thank you guys. You're a real gift to people like me who are vulnerable to contactors.

The guys had to replace a section of carpet ripped up by the dog. They came on time, as promised, were prepared, and got to work right away without delay. The final product was perfect. Thank you .
