UPDATE: A supervisor contacted me and has offered to refund the cost of the service charge. I appreciate that the company acted swiftly to my complaint and met my resolution, as well as offering an apology. Let me preface my review of this company by stating I am a front line worker in a hospital. I am overworked and tired and scared for my life, my families and those around me. TLDR; Charged for a diagnostic analysis of a washer, rep did not perform such but proceeded to charge me for the appointment. The whole of the appointment lasted less than 15 minutes.

God where do I start? TL;DR Do NOT give this company your hard earned money unless you want to clean up after them. I am having a big event at my home in 3 days. I needed a CLEAN (like eat food off the floor, couch, table, carpet kinda clean) house. Admittedly, I needed someone up to the task of using some elbow grease and whomever I booked the appointment with assured me this could and would be done. I repeated myself again and even asked - if they COULDN'T do the tasks given, what would happen? The woman on the other end of the phone replied: Oh, they will do whatever task given. So cleaner shows up, I have a very specific list of items I needed to done. I was NOT looking for a surface. This woman sauntered from room to room - I swear it took her 5 mins to walk from one door to the next. I don't even think this cleaner has ever cleaned before. That list I gave her? NOTHING WAS DONE. I even went as far as to ask her to STOP washing one pane of glass on the window that she'd been at for 30 minutes to do the things I asked. She completely ignored me! Cobwebs? Still making themselves at home in my home. Baseboards? Not even touched. The floor? Not even washed. Door handles, exterior fridge, sink taps, bathtub - didn't even touch them. WTF did I just pay for? I am so utterly furious. Now, as a single mom I've got to somehow do this job on my own even through I paid a "professional" to do it. Avoid these gals like the plague.
