LG Dryer will not stop spinning
technician disassembled top of machine disconnected electrical connectors from main board and diagnosed it as defective, need to order new part and pay me now for it. Technician to return in two days with part. I tried the machine the following day and it functioned normally and has been ever since. I believe that the machine sitting unused for a period of months had minor corrosion on the connections which was removed/cleaned when the connectors were removed and replaced. Technician was advised of this when he came back. Part paid for, $281, has never been installed and is still with Max Appliance although they say it has been restocked at a cost of 75% and now they want a second service call to be paid for to bring me the part that was never installed, used or even needed. They owe me money and refuse to refund it. I have offered a solution and Max Appliance has totally disregarded it. I cannot in good faith recommend this organization. They have been advised that I will post this review on all the consumer sites that I can and have not even responded to that. This company is not to be trusted to deal fairly with you, choose another one.
