I had a sump pump that was almost 20 years old that needed replacing. Valentin was replacing my main water valve at the time (which he did quickly without any issues) when I asked him about the sump pump. He informed me that it needed to be replaced, brought up to code and provided me with a quote along with the details to apply for subsidy with the City of Toronto. The following week Valentin came in removed the old sump pump, capped it off so it was no longer going into the sewer system and then installed the new Liberty Sump Pump with the new pipe discharging outside to the front yard. The work was done quickly. I was provided a detailed text with pictures explaining all that was completed.
