In May 2023 Jacob from Red Shield fixed a crack in my basement that ran diagonally from the window to the floor. With every heavy rain it would leak and flood the basement floor. Jacob provided a free estimate for the job and the next day the problem was taken care of. I'm very happy with the service provided and the professional conduct of Red Shield. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anybody.
