We are not the first owners of this home, it is now almost 14 years old and is still in wonderful condition. Built on a mountain side acreage with large bright windows and luxurious open space. Attention to finishing details is evident everywhere. All aspects of the home are still in 100% condition - structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, heating, septic, exterior & interior fit & finish including doors & windows, as well as about 3,000 sq feet of asphalt driveway/ parking. Highly recommended!
