I had some ceiling damage due to a leak in my roof. Daniel was very good to work with and seemed more knowledgeable compared to other companies that may have been overestimating the amount of repairs needed.

I signed contract with Ridge Rock to have a number of different projects done to rejuvenate my backyard: broken fence removal, new fence posts put in, drainage system, and retaining wall. Responsiveness was very poor to questions leading up to the project starting and a week before the start date Ridge Rock pulled out of the contract without any explanation, returning the deposit. Given the last minute notice, I'll now have to likely wait until next year to get renovations done.
Kyle is entitled to his opinion and will not respond. I had a very personal matter and was unable to complete any work anywhere for some time. Kyle was not the only customer who's work was cancelled. Anyone who I have completed work for knows how I operate.
As for HomeStars, I won't be continuing with them. I will never be a part of this format again and will not recommend this service to any person or contractor ever. Especially for what I paid out to them. I've realized this format is not for me.
