We chose to go with Budget Blinds because of their stellar reputation. Their Design Consultant Shelley, came to our home to show us options & take measurements. The meeting went very well & we were confident we chose the right company & the right blinds for our needs. There was a bit of a hiccup though when the blinds were installed. We had decided upon white (cotton tail) for the colour, however 2 of the blinds were a little off, more yellowish. Both Shelley & Matt (from Customer Services) responded quickly to our dilemma. A full set of blinds was ordered/produced/delivered. Since they are so easy to install my husband & I were able to put up the replacements with no problem. They look fabulous & they work great. Very pleased with the product, service. Thank you Shelley, Matt & Budget Blinds for your efforts & the beautiful results.
