We had our furnace installed by Peatson's in 2007 during an extreme cold snap as our previous furnace died. We have had annual service from them to keep our furnace in working order. As a result of that annual service our 15 year furnace is still in top working order. Thanks to PEATSON's for providing such great service year over year. I highly recommend their services.
We had an extended warranty from Sears that was good until August 2019, but unfortunately it is worthless. A co-worker recommended Southern Atlantic. We purchased extended warranty on 3 of our appliances. We placed our first service call a couple months ago. The ice maker on our fridge wouldn't produce ice. They came and investigated promptly, but unfortunately it took quite some time for Kitchen Aid to ship the part(s) required for the repair. The parts finally arrived Friday and we were promptly booked for a Monday appointment to finish the repair. The technician worked diligently to make the repair and even saved us $250 by determining that one of the parts ordered was not required. Within a couple hours of his departure WE HAVE ICE AGAIN!
