We did an entire gut job on our home...everything went great until unfortunately we walked into Cartier Kitchen. Although the kitchen is fine (although you get what you pay for) its a bit cheaply done the worst part of the entire experience was with our sales rep. He was the most uncaring, uninterested, uninformed sales rep we had dealt with in our entire reno job and particually went sour after we left our deposit. Everything we asked for was a production. The usual answer to any question was "do you know how much work that is??" Or he would complain on how hard he was working on another job. Every thing was dealt with a sigh. Near the end of the project he damaged our floors to the tune of 300 dollars..admitted to it and then refused to pay and actually tried to charge us 500 dollars to fix it!!!

We hired Tony to do a full gut job of our home. His Supervising project manager Christian and Tony always came to the job site with smiles and amazing ideas. The entire team worked hard and created our dream home. Tony is creative, passionate and most importantly he is HONEST. Even after we moved in Tony would come over and help hang pictures etc...

Tony started with us on a small project. We were so happy with his results we hired him to build us an amazing fireplace and build in closets. He is a very talented and amazing builder. He goes beyond expectations and will finish the project on time and on budget. We are thinking of buying another house and wouldn't have second thoughts about tony doing the entire renovation.
