Sean was great and so was his helper. As soon as we met their professionalism was apparent. The job was done beautifully, quickly and carefully. Pricing was reasonable and remarkably clear: the prices for delivery, ripping out and / or hauling away old carpet, moving and replacing furniture, replacing underlay and carpet installation were itemized and I could pick and choose what I wanted to hire out and what I wanted to do myself. My invoice accurately reflected everything we agreed. Everything was nicely done, the cleanup was great, the job was perfect and they handled all the furniture that had to be moved respectfully and carefully. I am so pleased and I will certainly hire them again. They are the best carpet layers I have hired, and I have commercial properties and have seen a lot. Next they will come to my house to fix the carpets my cats destroyed!!

I called, needing a vacant apartment patched and painted within one week, after the tub area was tiled and before the carpets were installed. The job was priced by square footage but Matteo was lightening fast - so fast he even finished after dark and emailed my invoice before the paint was dry. My photos show the bare drywall in the gap above the new carpet and a 3" rough patch next to the tile by the tub. The new electric outlet installed earlier in the day before his return has fresh matching wall paint on the top 1/4" and a gap unfixed above the cover. Streaky fresh drywall - he said did not need primer I already had on site - and unsanded blemishes - need I say more? I better not - within 70 hours from "finishing" (when I said I would post it here) he emailed to warn me "I will say this if you defame my character and company and post on home stars without giving me the opportunity to fix those said problems i will defend myself. So think hard and long about your actions." He continued, "I have stated numerous times i would address any issues you have but you have simply ignored those requests and now basically going to falsely degrade a company that that has maintained a A+ status for 43 yrs because of your ignorance and irrational attitude." Wow! I was busy elsewhere - these are weekdays and I have two jobs.. Of my complaints, he wrote, "Most of the pictures you have sent to me are two second repairs." Did I mention he is fast? All this within three days of receiving his invoice ... twice. Funny, I don't want him back!!

These guys were fantastic. I was frantic, afraid of staying in my house because my ex is dangerous. I called Adam In the late afternoon and he met me within the hour. Given the urgency, they bumped another job and were at my house early the next morning. Calvin worked fast and tirelessly while we watched over our shoulders In case my ex appeared. Calvin made sure I knew how to operate the system and all cameras and the new doorbell camera which is the best gift and set everything up with my computers and iPhone before he left. I’m so grateful!! Last night I finally slept soundly, knowing I’ll get an alert on my phone in bed if someone is lurking and I need to run. There are no more blind corners - I can see before leaving the house that nobody is around. And if my ex does come around, watching and besetting, I will have motion triggered video recorded evidence of the breach for police. I cannot thank them enough. Their work was tidy and clean and nice. They are dedicated, efficient, reliable and kind. Their pricing was very fair and transparent. They were also pleasant to have in the home for the full day, and anyone who’s done renovations knows how important it is to hire tradespeople with whom you feel comfortable in your home.

Great roofers! Excellent installation - six nails per shingle, superior underlay and preparation, clean job, nice materials, colour matching drip edge, valleys, vents and trim. This company came highly recommended by someone in the industry, for good reason. Timely estimate and scheduling, truthful answers to every question, very competitive pricing , friendly and respectful crew and flawless result! I am delighted with my beautiful new roof and feel my hard-earned money is well spent!

The cabinets looked great at first. Then the joints separated. Then they split between the boards. Then the lacquer came off and the golden maple greyed on the edges. The owner, Moe, admitted the glue was mixed wrong and fixed several joint separations. When it kept happening, he blamed water on the cupboards, but even ones with no sign of water separated. I think the lacquer was mixed wrong, too, because the cabinets were not abused. Funny, if the customer is at fault, why do comparable maple cabinets from Cabinet Solutions look brand new after three years under identical conditions? The ones from Cornerstone Millwork began splitting and peeling within weeks! Anyway, Moe decided that he is not going to fix mine anymore, because he has done enough for me!?!!@%&! As far as I am concerned, all he did was put me off until the time for suing him expired. The doors are less than three years old but I have hired a painter to sand and lacquer them again because they show age and wear. Don't be fooled by his religious diatribe inside the lobby. This is the first blog I ever posted, but I am so pissed off!!
